This means: We help B2B product managers, customer success specialists and product growth experts to convert more users into activated fans of their products.

With our 2.6m pre-seed round, a top global VC fund and a German pre-seed VC, as well as leading angels from the software and AI domain, have placed their bets on us to build the user assistance platform product teams trust.

Our daily working mode is starting the day at 9:30 with a random question or estimation quiz, followed by our joint standup. On Mondays we do sprint planning together and on Fridays we have our weekly review and appreciation session. Every quarter we have a strategy day to reflect on our OKRs and set new goals, give each other feedback, and align on relevant topics.

Thoughts on remote-work


We are currently at the beginning of our journey - and information exchange and importance may be dynamic. To build a tightly-knit team, we work hybridly from our Berlin office so that we can align and decide fast and ultimately build a high-performing team that understands each other blindly.

We require 3 days in office per week, and max. 2 days remotely (most of us are in the office every day). On top of that, our current policy is to have two weeks fully remote per year ☀️
